The Main event features lightweight Yonkers product Darling Jimenez (23W KO14 L3)who was a 4-time Daily News Golden Gloves Champion as an amatuer and his last fight was featured on HBO. He looks to get his promising career back on track but the rugged Roberto Acevedo (9W KO1 L4) has other plans. Josh Cowell (2W 2KO 0L) is coming off 2 straight 1st round KO performances and looks to keep that streak going. This middleweight contest is sure to bring an explosion early as both men look to stay undefeated.

A Welterweight contest between Anthony Irons (1-0 1KO) of the Bronx and Noel Garcia (1-0 1KO) from Springfield, Mass. should be a good one with both men looking to build on their professional careers.

I like Jiminez, and thought he might be looking at bigger things coming off his demolition of Anchondo, but Gamboa really embarassed him. Poor guy not only got beat, but had his rows all messed up.

I might be there, who knows. I'm planning on being in the area that night. I've seen Suprim Muriqui spar a few times, he's very good. He's the younger brother of Elvir Muriqi. He is trained by Colin Morgan and trains out of Trinity Boxing.

I hope you kiddin bro.... The only reason why he lasted the whole 10 rounds is because he was scared as hell of Gamboa and the only thing he did the whole fight is protect his head. Honestly, I don't know what you talking about, anyone that saw the fight will agree with me. But yeah, he still received a boxing lesson!
