If Pavlik took 2 years off and asked for PBF to fight him at 160. I would like Floyd’s chances. I would tip Mayweather to win by a WIDE UD if this was the case.

But JMM fans have no faith in their favourite fighter. They seem happy to predict Mayweathr KOing their boy. JMM is Mexico’s finest and should be shown more respect
What part of him jumping up two weight divisions, being 36 years old and fighting a guy who was pound4pound best fighter on the planet do you not understand?

Seems to me you don't understand boxing very well and should watch more.

JMM/PAC are not a risk now

Lay of the bottles fat boy
what's your iq when you post?

jmm and pac are great fighters but you do realize that 15 of jmm's and pac's 108 fights were below the weight floyd started out at right?

floyd wants to fight at 147 then he should fight 147 fighters. if he don't have the BALLS to fight mosley , cotto , marg , berto , clottey etc. then he needs to get the FUCK out of that weight class!

what's the fucking point of fighting in a division when you don't fight ANYONE from that division?

you don't see jmm jumping to 135 and fighting israel vasquez there.

you don't see pacquiao fighting at 140 and fighting chris john there.

get off the floyd syrup. he AIN'T even that good! if he is......well he ain't shown it.

I don't care if Floyd gets no credit from this fight, i don't expect him to, i just applaud the fact that he hasn't stooped as low as a Michael Jennings or a Golden Johnson

This fight is just to see where he is at at 147, hence the fight being at 147, no point in draining to 140 when he has no intentions of fighting there in the future

Now if Floyd gets no credit for beating Pacquiao then thats where you can identify haters, that is a huge risk and a great win

jennings and golden are natural welterweights.

There is nothing wrong with tune ups fights. I never understood people that have a problem with elite fighters fighting certian guys that aren't at their level.

It's called keeping busy and staying in boxing shape. A boxer is defined by his big fights, fighting a Jennings or Johnson doesn't diminish anything as long as you keep stepping up in competition in your big fights. Every fight can't be a mega fight......

He would be the underdog because Floyd Mayweather Jr is a coward and won't fight a proper Welterweight.
