At this time, I think you really have to have power and knock Manny out to win a fight with him. The last time he lost a decision was with Morales.
JMM doesn't have the power to do this below 140 and if you're going to say Mayweather, then you should be able to say Cotto, Mosley and PWill, because like Mayweather they are all WW. These guys would be too strong for Manny.
The only logical choice would be Hatton at 140 and below. If we see a new and improved Hatton with a back-up plan, he might just knock Manny out.
