I told you all this **** would be swept under the rug. It basically says that they both gave statements and that they are not interested in pressing charges. Also that the police won't be able to do much if they are not willing to cooperate.

Yea I figured nothing was going to happen. The police at the end of the day need cooperation to start charging people. If neither is going to press charges it'll get thrown out of court. Worst case scenario a restraining order.

Actually he is, right afte the hearring he went to his house picked his **** up and wentt to the airport. Dunno if he left already.

Anyways, they still hold a grudge, but they have come to terms to not press charges and just to let each other be!!!!!!!!!!!

I figured this would happen. If one presses charges on the other and the other retaliates they are both in trouble.. so might as well leave it at that and nothing comes of it. It's better for both of them. When both your skins are on the line you can bet they ain't gonna file any complaints.

i think at the end of the day tempers flared but they must love each other, its family...this is why u dont do business with family or friends. Im sure evangelista will be rooting for cotto against clottey.
