I like him as a person cause he looks like a really cool guy but as a boxer I think that he is overhyped and that he is no that big of a deal. Maybe I'm wrong but I have to see him fight a good guy (top guy) before I say he is capable of being the HW King. He has only fought C fighters and B fighters that are old... sorry for my English.

Christobal is in shape, his body does not look it,but its clear to see!!I was watching closly after every round and he was not breeding hard at all,it takes tremendous stamina to box,he's putting in work,he has to be otherwise he would never have lasted this long as a pro, period!!

Anyone have pictures of Chris Arreola when he fought at light-heavy. I bet you he was cut up looking.

I don't hate the guy. I just don't think he is very good.

Alot of people are overrating his win over McCline. McCline came out of retirement for the fight, he looked really fat and his heart clearly wasn't in it.

I think either Klitschko will beat Arreola very easily.

He will get KO'ed by any in shape respectable Heavyweight. He needs to get in shape. He nearly got knocked out by Travis Walker. So think about what the Klitchkos or Haye would do to him.

I like C.A...he's a cool guy, he has under rated skills, he makes good fights...much love here.
Not sure he can beat the bros. but those fights would be awesome while they lasted.

Sometimes a fighter comes along who might have the right style, or right attitude, or be willing to do the right things, and people get really excited. When a boxer brings something new and fresh to the division they let that excitement catch them up. They stop watching the fighter objectivley. Stop assessing how they rate him based on skill rather than personal feelings.

Arreola is that fighter, as I feel in many ways Paul Williams has caused a lot of excitement (I like him, too) and people have begun to overrate these guys.

Arreola brings excitement in his style. He's going to try and knock you out. That's why people like the big boys- the one punch sledgehammer power. He brings that. He also brings some conditioning problems, some sloppy angles and punches, and the ability to get smacked himself.

So, am I hating on Chris? No way. Am I expecting him to go very far? Not really. Not unless he can get in shape and work on sharpening his technique. Problem is, once the promotional wheels start turning, and a fighter has been showcased to benefit on HBO, there's no more slow-going.

I think HBO will force Arreola onto a heavyweight undercard of a PPV soon and he'll eat it.

I like Arreola a lot already because he comes to fight, and he seems pretty easy going, even somewhat humerous. Last saturday I was impressed with him. I'm sold on him being a solid fighter now, although still not elite.

I'm afraid his speed, or lack there of, is going to be his downfall. But he can punch...so if his chin holds up then he's always capable of winning.

I like Chris, but I dont think he'll beat the Klistsko brothers, if he maybe got in better shape and worked on going more than 3 rounds, then we'll have to see and then I can say if he is going to be the next big thing in boxing HW division

I would like to see Chris fight at 220-230 with less flabbiness around the belly area

now about Chris fighting McCline , I really hope they would of picked someone else for him to face, just like Paul Williams also, I dont like how they got a 37 year old fighters who hasnt fought in the last 2 years, bad opponents for HBO

I love this kid!! He does inject some excitment in a dull division, is he ready for the long jab of Wlad? I don't know but is there any other american that has as much of a chance right now? No. He has definately gotten my attention and I think he can do some big things in the heavyweight division. He goes out there and does his job, and that's all you can ask for.
