there is nothing to base that on... williams has stood up to every punch hes received... including margarito... he stood toe to toe with him all night

what pavlik should be worried about is getting hit at every known angle, a 100 times a round, for 12 rounds

At least he has to make weight. Look at the Klitschkos, Valuev... these guys don't even have to make weight meaning they have sometimes 20 pounds advantages AND the height! Fking racist mother****er i bet that doesn't bother u as much.

He should fight guys his own size. Period. Lets sit back and see how many welters will fight him. Its not about fear its about strategy. I seriously doubt Shane fears him. But if you thought Winky was too big for him imagine Paul Williams, Shane will look like a midget.

The only guy who might do it and only because he's desperate for a big fight is Clottey. But if he beats Cotto, he wont fight Paul Williams if he doesnt have to.

While fighters may not necessarily fear him, they dont want to face a guy where they give up so many physical advantages to their opponent.
And the promoters of the major names will not either.

It seems cowardly for a big guy like Williams to even try to fight at WW. Even 154 is a bit much...but 160 through 175 should be where he fights.
P WILL is naturally skinny he doesn't starve himself to make weight if he goes up to 175 then he gives away his advatages

Nah, Miranda and Taylor hit Pav cleanly and HARD so we know his chin is good. Paul can use his output and advantages, but you tell me, when Pav and/or AA load up and land cleanly, and yes, they'll land on him - what happens? You REALLY think he will walk through one of THEIR bombs all night long? Doubtfull. Now, he DOES pose a great problem given his size and ouput and winning is definitely not out of the question. If his chin holds under those circumstances, then, sir, we have a new MW champion.

I believe PW will beat Pavlik with his workrate. Abraham has much more of a chance of beating Williams but still you have to say Williams looks really good at Middleweight.

Pavlik isnt a one punch devastating knockout artist... he has power, but he knocks you out using consistent jabs and right hands...

although hes recently added in that nice left hook ...
