There's a difference in moving up in weight and beating someone, and running the division.
Paul Williams is in a good spot because 154/160 is about to be the new $$$$ Division!

Williams could probably beat everyone at 154 and he might have a chance at 160. Abraham might move up to 168 because I hear he looked drained in his last fight. Either way, I think 168 is where he loses.Comment

My point isn't that I'm saying for a fact Paul Williams is going to get knocked out or beaten at middleweight, so much as to say I don't understand why a victory over an aged junior middleweight tactician- in a fight that happened to be at 160- equates to us assuming Paul is ready for Pavlik, Abraham, etc. That's a very different breed of fights.Comment

Yeah, I think super middleweight is too much for Paul. I can't even begin to understand why on Earth people want him to hang at that weight with those big men. I mean, I'm not sold on Williams being able to really handle a true middleweight.

I disagree completely but you have your opinion. Winky caught him clean a good amount of times. Some of those super MW's have power and are gonna make Paul fight on the inside more than he had to against Winky.Comment
