Ouma would had have a hard time getting off because of Williams' range.

I recall the first Kassim Ouma-Verno Phillips fight breaking a record for most punches thrown and that was a ten rounder. Ouma-Williams would have me punch drunk simply watching.

Presently speaking, Williams would mop the floor with Ouma. The Ouma that beat Phillips in their second fight for the IBF would be quite compelling I think.
