Manny Pacquiao, his skill level has really evolved since his loss to Morales. He used to be one dimensional with his left hand, but now is great with his right hand too.

Very quick defensively and offensively, very slick. Just a great fighter. Manny Pacquio beat everyone he faced since his loss to Morales. One of the best boxer/punchers this decade.
