    Tampa, Fl [USF Sun Dome] ~ Former super-middleweight champion Jeff "Left Hook" Lacy (25-2, 17 KOs) celebrated his Tampa Bay "homecoming" with a thin majority decision over durable Otis Griffin (19-5-2, 7 KOs). By rallying late in the bout, and sweeping the final round, Lacy spared the raucous crowd a majority draw. Scores read 95-95, 96-94, 97-93. [details]

      Wow i can't believe how shot Lacy is, and when is the last time hes scored a knockout? After i seen him against Taylor i thought he still had some left and would still beat Jones, but now I'm forced to go back on that. Roy would probably box circles around him.

        he lost the sinlge most important weapon in his arsenal, which is his left hook. The surgery he got on the rotator cuff prevents him from throwing the left hook with any real power now.
