I get the feeling Hatton really wants to prove his haters wrong and show that he can box and is not a 1 dimensional brawler. His earlier fights showed this and his last fight showed the beginnings of something new, so I think he will be determined not to revert back to hugging all the time.Comment

i think roach and pacquioo plan to stay in the middle of the ring and box hatton for about 4 rounds (despite wot roach says) 2 try and show hatton that he cant outbox manny, hoping he will start mauling and brawling.i also think as long as hatton doesnt get hit 2 much he will rough him up a bitI get the feeling Hatton really wants to prove his haters wrong and show that he can box and is not a 1 dimensional brawler. I hope its not by decision, as if it goes the distance Hatton's chances aren't great - we all know Manny has the skills to win on points against Hatton. I genuinely believe that Manny won't be able to trouble Hatton at this weight, whereas Ricky will definitely trouble Manny. I think Ricky will hit Manny hard early in the fight and Pac's confidence will plummet. Ricky will pressurise like he always does and catch him to the body or head with a KO shot rounds 4-6.

no gopi is a cool cat, he has good post on here....i just see the winner by decision been my gut instinct since the fight was announced...and i'm also saying that because nobody else thinks it will go to decision...but could go either wayComment

But the way this thread seems to be going, Manny has lost already...
Whoever imposes his will over the other, will have a good chance to take this one. I hope both camps have multiple plans if plan A doesn't pan out. A good give-and-take tussle has the makings of a classic, hope this scuffle falls into that category, for my $49.95+++ sake...Comment
