    I don't think so. He speaks clearly. He always seemed to stumble over words a lot imo, a bit like Lennox Lewis.

      I think he was stumbling because of Atlas pressuring him with the questions on his career. Not a good liar Oscar is it seems.

        True, but the guy seemed especially messed up tonight. Matter of fact he sounded like a 3rd grader giving a speech.

          He's always spoken with a Mexian-influenced accent, which is slower than most English speakers in America.

            If you look at him early in his career, he didn't sound/speak like that. I don't understand why he speaks like a ****** these days. He didn't even get hit on the head that much in his career. I would understand if Gatti spoke like a 2nd grader with down syndrome but not DLH.

                  DLH's spanish is better than his english. he grew up in a boxing gym in east LA and now lives in PR.
