    While both are active? Because if not, Marquez has a chance to be the first to do it.

        I don't know about that. I remember a few years ago when Floyd and Winky were The Ring's 1 and 2, that fight was actually in talks but apparently it fell apart due to money issues.

          Pernell Whitaker was #2, Julio Cesar Chavez was #1. there was no doubt those two were the top guys in boxing at the time.

          I know it was a draw, but we all know Pernell won.
