Hold Up, Someone Answer This Question For Me?

What weight will the Williams-Wright fight be at? I thought the whole time that I heard this fight was going to be at MW and I actually thought that part of the reason why Williams team wanted the fight was to see how good Williams can look at MW for a tuneup for Pavlik. Now I just saw where an article said that the fight will be at 154. Is that true? If so then that changes alot of things for me and it makes it a much better fight if you ask me. I thought Winky said that he couldnt make 154 anymore. Whats the deal? Is it at MW or 154?
