i dont really pay attnetion to belts there a joke nowadays anyways. i guess that meant cottos fight with jennings was for the vacant belt. makes sense.

though that right there is why you cant pay attnetion to belts, cottos essentially given the belt in an instance where hes fighting a guy who doesnt really have any business being in there with him anyways.
