He could take both. Adamek is a simple fighter. Straight up and straight down. A young inexperienced Dawson schooled him. I could see Roy doing the same.

As for Lacy he'd beat him too. For his look he's really a poorly conditioned boxer.

lefhooktodabody - You sound as if you saw the only one fight Adamek lost. keep in ming that Adameks natural weight is 204 and he lost to Chad cuz he had to make 175 and it simply caught up to Adamek. Same thing was written when Adamek was to fight Bell, where is Bell now??? USS was once in his career on the board and three times in one fight with Adamek. Also Adamek was the light heavyweight world champ from 2005-2007. one this Adamek is not is a simple fighter, and one thing he is is damn smart one.where is Hopkins now??? He goes on national TV and announces hewants to fight Adamek and then makes an silly offer! he realized ther is adamn good chance he will loose, and then to retire nicely he would have to fight Adamek again or fight Chad. I am RJJ fan, but i think the best thing he can do is retire at last...

He did a great come back in Trinidad fight, but it was like "every champion can do the ONE LAST fight"... And, IMO, Trinidad - was THAT last fight... After that, Joe Calzaghe did him something, which was very close to being a complete destruction... And now, after beating a lower-than-average fighter in face of Sheika he again believes that he has something left...

Jones has a shot against Lacy, would get KO'd by Adamek, and should be embarassed if he fought Silva...no commission should sanction a guy with a couple pro fights against someone with over 50...

I think Roy would beat Ademek. I think Roy would come in to cruiserweight very nice. He'd be very muscular and energetic at that weight, and I think his punching power would be strong enough to get ademek's respect. I know it sounds crazy but I think Roy could pot shot Ademek all day long.

Silva will handle himself. Jones would outclass him but its not like the guys a bum.
