How can he only be 6'3 if he is taller then arreola who is 6'4. Is Williams wearing big ass boots and Arreola is wearing just normals shoes?

It could be possible that Arreola lies about his height as well. Maybe he's closer to 6'2. It's a very common practice in boxing.

Regardless, P. Williams is definitely taller than 6'1. I'd say he's around 6'3.
