the cervical spine goes from the base of your skull all the way down to between your shoulder blades same level as your clavicles. so if he punch him in da nose his head def went all the way back and forth like a car hit your rear end. i was told that evangelista was knockdown and fell in his back. so that is another possibility for the injury
