Let me help you with this one.

Weed stays in your system longer than almost anything. If you are a chronic weed smoker, it can last in your system for almost 2 months depending on your diet and the amount of fat in your body.

Other drugs like coke only stay in your system for a few days normally. So if he's just a casual user, it wouldn't be a problem for him in drug testing.

Unless they do a hair follicle test they wouldn't know.

Some of you are spreading lies to make Cotto sound like he is some kind of meth junkie or crackhead. Cotto doesn't not have a drug problem he is a family man, he loves his children he loves his family.

We don't know (except for his close friends and family) if he does drugs, and it just seems like everyone is getting carried away with the news of him and Evangelista fighting.
