Floyd JR has a 6 Bedroom, 6 1/2 Bath house. That is the 24/7 house. It's 7300 square feet and it's worth about $4 mil
He also has a 3200 sf house, 4 bedroom, 3 baths. Worth about $500k. That's prolly the one he put his mom in.
He has a small condo, 3 Br/2 BA. Worth about $200k. That would be where i take the hoes.
Floyd SR has a 3000 sf house, 4 BR/ 3 Ba. Worth about $500K. He also has a smaller 3Br/2 Ba condo worth $250K.
Roger owns 3 properties:
A 1900 sf, 3br/2.5Ba worth about $300K
A 900 sf condo, 2 Br/2Ba worth $150K
Another identical condo in the same complex.
The Propery values in Nevada have dropped as much as any in the country and the actual sales prices could be as much as 40% off the figures above.
They own alot of real estate...which was a good thing a couple of years ago. Right now, they're holding a lot of property that's way devalued.
FMJ and Rog have their properties in trust, Which is a smart move for the kids. They must have the same lawyer. FMS doesn't seem to have that concern.
