Why does everyone in these threads assume that Miguel is in the right? How do you guys know that he aint the jerk? Floyd Sr. doesnt take no crap eithers. It sounds more to me like Miguel wants to always do his own thing. People blame the Uncle for the Margarito stuff but I remember before that fight where I was saying that Cotto will lose because he's being the jerk between the 2 and wont listen to his Uncle. Floyd Jr. always listens to Roger and so on and so on. Its not always the trainers fault. What is Miguel doing hitting his own Uncle when he's a prime Proffesional boxer? Stop being so quick to jump to his defense just because he's the boxer. It doesnt make him right. Im not saying that he's wrong but dont assume that he's right. Ive always liked his uncle and I thought that besides Pac, no one in boxing has grown more in the ring then Cotto and dont tell me that his Uncle didnt have anything to do with that. He'll probably regress now without the Uncle

Well we'll see wont we? I thought that he dissed his Uncle before the Margarito fight and that didnt turn out right so Im really interested in seeing what happeneds in this fight. Youre right, ultimatly is his own body and own decision but if you hired your Uncle to do a job then you let him do his damn job. It seems to me that he's the one always saying No to his Uncle. If thats the case then get someone else or better yet, be your own trainer. I just dont like it. The dad is trying to break it up and a pro boxer cant get away? however, i will say that Evangelista has MAJOR balls for wanting to throw it down with Cotto........ especially being his trainer and knowing exactly what he's capable of doing. The man has balls of steel, i'll give him that.
