I'm not saying he can't ko khan, im saying that he is less risk than some of the big hitters at lw and it's a shrewd move to pick a fighter where the fight is more likely to be a battle of skill than a bomb fest.
Infern0 on Kotelnik : "I just looked this guy up on boxrec, he is not a ko puncher."

Alrighty. Fair do's. Could prove not to be that much less of a risk in terms of the outcome, depending on how well Khan really has come on. Barrera told us some, but not all of the story.Comment

I know, man. It's just that boxrec and a fighters' KO% generally aren't a good way to guage his threat as a rule, y'know? Grinds on me to see it. Watching fighters is a lot better. But I accepted Infern0's point about Khan being led an ostensibly less dangerous route to a title, and I more or less expressed the same sentiment in another thread myself, so I can dig it.
Also, I wanted to see A.K. get some regard. He's a skilled guy.Comment
