i agree that shadowboxing is not the best, but shadowboxing don't win you fights. besides those long arms get in the way.

No. But it's not the first time I've seen videos of him working out where he looked like ****.

The boy has no fundamentals.

It's cool if you like him, we all like different fighters.

I'm just pointing out that he looked like crap in the video, and that he can be beaten up fairly easily by a slick boxer. (Quintana)
