What happen to Tua? I really thought he was a contender and maybe even the future of the heavyweights at one time. Seems the division is still open to me that he could win one of the belts and go from there. Does anyone know?

Tua is a FAT HOG.
Does it really matter? If he does come back, he will be a fat lard-ass who breathes heavy by round 3 and throws one punch at a time looking for the late K.O. What a disappointment. If he could keep his face out of the bucket for a little bit, maybe he could what alot of us thought he would. But he won't, so we can watch him get beat by slap-happy "technicans" like Chris "WHOOOOO!" Byrd. What a joke. Its a shame, too.Comment

If you have nothing constructive or factual to say be quiet.Originally posted by DuncanDoes it really matter? semjasa,
I believe my comments, while certainly full of rhetorical hyperbole, are both factual and constructive. Tua is in fact grossly under-implementing his talent (which is considerable) by eating his way out of serious contention. Anyone who makes an objective comparison of young, fire breathing Tua and an older fat hog Tua would certainly reach that conclusion. My comments are constructive in that hopefully in this limited forum I can protest this degenerative scenario which has transpired in the context of Tua's career. So, to summarize my response to your reply, I say if you can't take the heat, get out of the proverbial kitchen (which is probably occupied by Tua anyway).Comment

We need Tua now more than ever. All we need is about 10 seconds out of him so that we can finally be rid of John Ruiz. If Tua wants to retire after that, he can feel free. But for God's sake, please, please, someone get rid of that horrible hugger.Comment

A rematch of Tua vs. Ruiz would be different from their first fight of course, but I am sure that Tuaman would KO Ruiz again by round 8.Comment
