Tyson wasn't "mellow" after the lewis bout. That's his actual personality. Deep down he is an intelligent and withdrawn guy. He said it himself, all he cared about at that point in his career was making money to deal with his debts.

Everything he said and did was to sell the bout, and actually apologised there and then in the ring post-fight

He later said he had gone to have his knee fixed on his own and the doctor injected him with some drug that almost killed him. This is incredibly bizarre and unbelievable. Golota was glassy eyed when he entered the ring. I spotted that immediately, and before the action even started I said he had been drugged.

Another one was Tyson. He appeared to be totally tranquilized for the Lewis fight. He was on cloud nine at the post fight interview, mellow and completely out of character.
Are you saying you suspect Tyson was drugged ....

Doctor Kupferberg or something. The whole scenario made no sense and was too weird. His corner was said to have been frantic before the fight trying to find out where the hell he was, then he comes rolling in in a police cruiser!

I've had the misfortune to have to deal with a lot of dopers, so i'm kind of alert to the symptoms, and as soon as I saw him enter the ring glassy-eyed, that's what I said.

A lot of Andrew's fights were weird, as everyone knows - the Grant thing was another one, another one that he seemed to deliberately lose. The boss of the Polish Mafiya was in constant attendance at his training camp and at the fight, some mug known as "Pershing". As soon as Pershing returned to Poland after the alleged fight he was promptly bumped off. Andrew attended his funeral. There's a lot that we don't know about the strange career of Mr Golota (who should have been champ but never was). Boxing is incredibly corrupt, and getting worse instead of better.

Well, considering Wlad must be on drugs if he thinks he's a real fighter. Other than that it sounds like a lot of Soviet paranoia and grasping for excuses as to why their boy sucks.

Of course. It's a well-known fact that Don King forced him to smoke opium before the fight.
