I don't think Manny is willing to go up 7 pounds to fight Cotto or Mosley or Mayweather (if he decides to come back), that's suicide.

If he can't find any at 140lbs, he needs to go down to 135lbs, have a rubber-match against JMM and retire after that.

I don't think he will go back to 135 and fight JMM... I think he fight JMM at 140 where he is comfortable...
