If there is a contract which says Williams must not weigh in more than 150lbs before he enters the ring, I can see it being fairly close. If anyone thinks Pacquiao fighting Williams is outrageous, perhaps you should check out this little video here. Pacquiao might be able to hang with a weight drained Williams!
