    Hatton sparring Cuban lefty

I just seen that Hattons sparring with Erislandy Lara, a big jr middle south paw. I seen him on fri night fights at the start of the year. He ko some 5-3 guy in the 1st rd. Good sneaky straight left and good boxing skills, what do you expect from a cuban. But really doesn't have that much head and side to side movement like Pac. I think he will really help Ricky out with his inside work and fighting a lefty but the way he moves ain't like pac. I just hope pac doesn't try and fight with Hatton inside or it might be a short night. Ricky's sparring middleweights and Pac is having a hard time pushing around lightweights in his sparring. What do you guys think?

Could be, maybe that why we haven't heard anything out of Hattons camp except everything is good.

Pac will dazzle hatton with his speed and left hand, hatton always spars middleweights and lightmiddleweights, every time hatton has went up against a southpaw he looked terrible and jusy sc****d by go and watch the eamon magee, urango and collazo fights to refresh your memory, every time i think hatton has a good chance i think of his struggles with them 3 fighters who are c and b level fighters, were manny is a+.

Yeah but all those fghters were jr welter or welter weights. This is Pacs 1st time at this weight with someone who will keep coming at him and throwing punches. I'm backing Pac to win, I just hope he doesn't fight the wrong fight.

Sky Sports here in the UK will be doing a diary coverage of Hatton's sparring and training, so that's why we haven't heard anything much as yet, as they have the rights to the coverage. Hatton has said though that Mayweather Snr and Lee Beard have been really pleased with his sparring so far.

Lara is a southpaw, is quick fisted, much bigger and more powerful than Manny and has an in/out style similar to Pac. I'd say that's a good choice of sparring partner, and there are others as well which we will hear more about.

Thxs for the info man. Do you know when they are going to show that coverage of Hattons camp? maybe I can catch it on the net. I agree Lara is a good choice for Ricky, hope to hear more about the other sparring partners.

                lara syle ain't pac's style.

rumor has it that pac handled linares easy and pac isn't even serious w/ antillon anymore. roach is bringing in jr. middleweights to spar w/ pac.
