Yep, intelligence is such a broad spectrum. I mean, there's so many levels of intelligence and various ways to be intelligent.

A person doesn't have to be the best at everything to be successful. It seems to me that DLH understands the fundamentals of life. He may not be able to hold an intelligent conversation with students at Yale or Harvard, but, he has definitely taken advantage of what he has and made the most of it. That to me is an intelligent move! He may not be the brightest, but he has made some good decisions in his life that far outshines the bad ones!
