I wouldnt compare the Chico that went against Clottey to the ones that went against Castillo and Mayweather. he was well past his best.

But i do agree that Clottey is perceived as better then he really is. He had a decent showing against Margarito, but thats it. He actually does have some power. He's very strong, its just he has no workrate. I personally dont think Cotto is going to have a problem with him. he'll win a UD 8 rounds to 4.
