The CW has always been the least respected division and a haven for guys that couldn't compete as a heavyweight. I don't like Haye because of his trashy mouth and complete lack of respect of 2 really good Champions. Trash talk is one thing but Haye takes it way to far to be likable by anyone besides his fanboys and/or Klit haters...

There's nothing to hate about him. What's annoying is the nationalism of English sports fans that got Haye his shot out of turn. Informed and cosmopolitan fans of HW boxing always knew that eight or ten HWs would have an easy time with Haye. Haye is not nearly as good as Povetkin, Chagaev, Chambers, and several others. So to see him get a shot merely for having the backing of a jingoistic TV network and naive nationalistic fans is disappointing.

a champ from another division doesn't have to do much to earn his shot when he moves up in weight classes. ppl act like he has to start from scratch. no he doesn't. he earned his title shot when he unified the cruiserweight division.

I think Wladimir knows that David brings him a big payday, otherwise why would the fight venue be at a 50,000+ seater stadium? Wladimir doesn't sell out that arena fighting anyone else in the HW division.

Fighting legitimate world challengers hasn't got Klitschko very far with regards to respect from the boxing English speaking community. He's got to fight a guy with guts and someone who wants to decapitate him in order to bring out the fighter in Wlad. Who really cares about those guys you mentioned? I've lost count of the many uninspiring fights I've watched over the last few years. We all want to see the best fighters pushed and pulled out of their comfort zone and Haye seems the best bet. Either he's getting blitzed or he's going to pull off the greatest raid in HW history.

Your Hypocricy knows no bound, Hatton did the same with Mayweather moving up in weight against the best fighter out there, He also had the backing of "Jingoistic" TV network and naive nationalistic fans to go with it but you're one of the people shouting on here about how Mayweather was ducking him, Joe Calzaghe also fit your whole description of what you hate about Haye but i dont see you critise him or did you?? People care more about this fight than any other HW fighter at the moment, Enough of the same old mediocre american e.g ray austin...Calvin brock....I would rather see European fighter who are fit at HW than some fat mediocre american HW who is just there for the payday.

Like you said Wlad or Vitali makes less fighting anyone else....period, and boxing is business...
