Britain's David Haye will fight Wladimir Klitschko at schalke's 61,000-capacity stadium in gelsenkirchen,Germany when they clash for the WBO/IBF HW title belts.
Months of negotiations ended in the early hours of thurday morning when the pair agreed to meet in the ring on june 20.
Klitschko's manager Bernd boente said: "We have reached an agreement with the schalke 04 and the stadium"
Haye, the former undisputed cruiserweight champion,28 said: "I've been chasing Wladimir around the negotiating table for the past three months now we have finally got him. I'll be chasing wladimir in exactly the same manner on june 20. He's already shown me his hand through the way that he negotiated.
"He never wanted the fight and was only going to agree to it when the odds were stacked in his favour".
