I dont understand the confusion. Winky was at 154-160 for the longest time with that 1 fight at 170. Winky isnt moving around, the other guys are moving up.

PW has done a lot of jumping around. Starting at 160 going down then up then down all of that.

Winky has fought some guys that used to be at lower weights that moved up, so what?
