He has to fight Shane Mosley first, because Mosley is already old. then he has to fight Cotto then Berto. If he wins convincingly only then will he earn respect.

he don't need to fight berto at all.

it'd be nice if he fought cotto.

he has to fight mosley because mosley is the #1 WW.

Floyd Mayweather is 5'8'' Miguel Cotto is 5'7'' Not only does he has a good enough size , but he nowhere from being too heavy for that weight. Pacquiao and Marguez are too small. Juan Manuel Marguez is a great boxer, but he had trouble at a bigger weight against Juan Diaz. If Marguez beats Floyd it would prove how good he is and not how good is floyd.

If he were to come back and fight at 140 I would hope that he would take on Pac or JMM, preferrably both, of course after a tune up or two, he was the best and they now are the best so of course it makes sense.

However, I would prefer him to fight at welterweight, I think he's just a better boxer than Pac and JMM and to see him fight at welter would be more challenging considering he's come up from lower divisions, personally I don't think he's that small for a welterweight anyways but some say he is, so fighting at WW would be a good test of his skills.

                  But hey, that's just me.
