Calzaghe beats McClellan as long as he doesn't get caught (which is possible). The G-Man was untested in the later rounds (or I'd say proven to be vulnerable).
Nunn presents the most trouble for Calzaghe if in his 160 form. He had declined by the time he fought at 168.
Barkley was no Jeff Lacy. He could trouble Calzaghe like Bika did if the fight gets rough but Calzaghe at his best could also put on a boxing clinic due to Barkley's one dimensional style and lack of defense.
Tony Ayala was a light middleweight and looked a little soft even at that weight. He was untested as a boxer and would likely be bloated at 168 where he doesn't belong. Calzaghe should handle him quite easily, in my opinion.

Alot of Ayala's fight's were at middle and some at 168 aswell, as Ayala wasn't soft he was a fixed set built.
IMO the hardest fight there is the G-man. He beats everyone else Ayala and Barkley comfortably maybe even TKO's barkley off accumulation (Barkelys defensive holes) and Nunn by Close decision.
Gerald IMO if he lands a big one he could get Joe outta there otherwise Calzaghe takes advantage of McCllelans late round fading to win a UD
