Thanks, there's a lot more to it than people think... it is harder than it looks and takes a while to get the correct technique and stuff, I love going to the gym to train... I enjoy to learn on the techniques and stuff and also enjoy the fitness training because it is challenging, makes me want to get to the best of my ability.Comment

Ive been training off and on for about two years...I'm 22...no plans on making a career of it...just enjoy sparring and training like playing hoops...haha...sounds kind funny/****** seeing as you can get hurt...but hey, that's how I see it...I def dont have the time/dedication for it...I have a couple lovely sparring sessions stories I can hype my kids up on one day though...hahaComment

yep.. train 3-4 times a week, with sparring in every session. only had a skills match so far.
since i stepped in the ring and felt and still feel how hard this sport is, i havent called anyone who boxes, a bum ;-)
ive been playing alot of sports through my life, mostly football(soccer), also tennis and badminton, so im a really late starter when it comes to boxing. I dont know why, but just said to myself one day, you gotta do some boxing and have some fights, before you turn 30 you old ****er.Comment

I have been training and sparring on and off since I was 15. There are currently no boxing gyms in my town. They just never seem to last here, but if one opens up again I will be there and would like to have a couple Am fights too this time.Comment

I used to box and work out about 4-5 times a week a year ago. Ive gotten horrible out of shape this past summer, though I havent gotten fat or anything I have gained weight. So Ive stopped training for a year now and been picking it up since this week. The worst thing for a boxer are his/her bad habits, if you smoke or eat bad foods youre going to feel it.Comment
