American League

East: New York Yankees
Central: Minnesota Twins
West: Los Angeles Angels
Wild Card: Tampa Bay Rays

National League

East: Philadelphia Phillies
Central: Chicago Cubs
West: Los Angeles Dodgers
Wild Card: (I don't trust the Mets) Arizona Diamondbacks

Look out for Baltimore Orioles and Kansas City Royals(I'm Serious)
