should holt move up to welterweight now?

the guys is a very big light welterweight, 5ft 9, 74 inch reach and is nearly 28 now. he should be able to make welterweight easily.

he could be another good fighter in the mix.

It's hard to see him doing much with the welterweight division being what it is these days. He doesn't have a chance against the likes of Mosley, Clottey, and Cotto. Unfortunately for him, 140 is basically the strongest division in boxing now so there's little room for him to maneuver. Pacquiao, Hatton, JMM, Bradley, Ortiz, etc.

He still has that 3rd bout with Torres he can take, right?

and even with the loss to Bradley, it's not like T-Brad is ready for the elite of the division either (i.e. a fight vs Pacquiao, Hatton etc)

so Holt can sit back, fight Torres and get back into the mix.

if Malignaggi and Lovemore N'Dou can hold titles at 140, then I have faith in Holt getting back into the mix.

I would love to see Holt against Victor Ortiz now, I think he would prove a stern test for Ortiz

I don't think Holt could **** wit the guys at WW. And even tho he lost to Bradley, it ain't like he was shamed. Dude can still come back.

Wish the dude would throw the jab and let his hands go more often.
I thought he threw it away last night being inactive. He knew Bradley was gonna work all 12.

A Torres rematch would be nice, because against Torres he can throw those wicked counters more often and not pose and walk around as much.

I agree,if anything,Bradley really didnt beat Holt,he beat himself,by not being more active!!By the looks of that fight,Holt still has a real chance of koing Bradley in a rematch and holding his own at 140 easily!!Against anyone!!
