    Primo,

Tim Bradley was my pick to stop Holt. I was surprise at the KD, was not surprised that he got up. everything I know about this thid says good things.

That being said, TB needs to alter his style. If he was an East Coast fighter, he would be fighting in the Philly Shell or a modified 'Michigan' style. Tim is trying to fight like Shane Mosley, but he doesn't have the pop to allow him to do that.

If you are going to exchange, then your opponent needs to be walking away from those exchanges with some damage.

I kept telling people that Bradley had more pop than his record indicated. But maybe he does NOT. And if his punch is merely average, then he needs to be a more stylistic fighter. If Holt was smarter, he would have won that fight.

Bradley is one tough mother. He might go down, but no ****er is going to KEEP him down. The man is driven and relentless.

      Potentially P4P top 10.

I think he is marooned between weight classes, there were threads on here saying how big he was based on the weigh-in pics, he looked pretty petite to me.

I don't think Witter should have lost to that guy personally. He is a bit wreckless on the inside and he wings in those punches that look hurtful, but they didn't effect Holt too much- apart from hurting him to the body once or twice-after hitting him there 2407 times. So maybe he is a modest ****er, who will rely on workrate to win against the top guys.

I think Bradley must be doing something right though, both Witter and Holt were neglecting there jabs for large periods, seemingly for no reason-Bradley probably had something to do with that. He's certainly as hard as nails.

I don't think he is anything special though, apart from an iron will and impeccable stamina.

Both Bradley and Holt have hurt and knocked down a lot more fighters than their KO records indicate. Bradley's problem is that he picks and chooses which punches he throws powerfully, and both of their problems is that they don't follow up and try to knock a guy out after they have them hurt. Most of Holt's knockouts are of the one punch variety.

How is it any different than Mayweather's style of scoring without hurting and then pulling out while ducking and dodging and rolling the counters? You can't praise Mayweather and penalize Bradley for fighting the same way. It's an effective style that racks up rounds in the bank. Bottom line is he outworked Holt at least 9 rounds to 3.
