His commentary is really good and he's confident in what he says. He loves to talk and he knows his ****. He makes Lennox sound like a complete moron. Get rid of that idiot Lennox Lewis and hire Benard Hopkins now!!!

I co sign that as well. Lewis is crap. Hops was much better. Get rid of Lewis.

Personally I don't think has been all that great a commentator considering how schooled a fighter he is, from what I've seem on FNF he's constantly had problems with giving clear analysis on and just can't get to the point. Lennox Lewis is one of the worst commentators i've seen in my life so that's not much of a comparison.

Roy Jones Jr on the other hand, IMO probably the best commentator HBO has ever had. Total bull**** how HBO let him go.

Hopkins is a jack of all trades. He can whip your ass and TKO you, or give you a complete schooling inside the ring : Get inside your head and intimidate you at press conferences : Teach the young kids the ins and outs of the game: And man the mic for commentary better than most.

For real, I liked his commentary.

Roy Jones was also a stellar boxer turned commentator.

HBO needs to can Lennox and either hire Bernard, or get Roy back.

I've always thought Roy was great behind the mic. Hopkins would be just as good though.
