Floyd's too slick and will make Shane look bad.Floyd will neutralize Shane's speed then pot shot him.Mosley would win the first 2 rounds but after that it's Floyd all the way.Shane isnt faster than Zab

You're right Larry but haters will come out with age to degrade a win over Mosley.

Its not very much of a comparison when trying to compare Floyd and Cotto,in a fight with Mosley, because Cotto is a lot more offence minded and packs real punching power,Mayweather is a defensive genius, great boxing mechanics, but not that much punching power!!I think Shanes speed is underrated and we all know he has solid power,in a fight with Floyd,he will get hit, hard, defence will not win him that fight,he is going to have to stand his ground eventually,if he cant make Shane respect him,he's through!!!

Floyd has offered Shane the fight before and Shane turned him down. And if you go by other talk, like from Sr. and some others, Floyd wanted to fight Shane when Shane was still at LW.

If anybody is going to be at a disadvantage now it will be Jr.

I didn't think Floyd was fighting at his best before he left, let alone what he might be like now with such a long layoff during RETIREMENT.

If Floyd can't get himself to fight at his best anymore, he should stay retired. Mentally, he already retired and physically his body wanted to retire.

If he does come back, he should take his time before he steps up against a top elite. Doubt he would do that though.
great post at least I am not the only one who saw how floyd had slowed considerably. multiple hand injuries in the judah and baldomir fights affected floyd in the de la hoiya fight where he injured his hand again.

floyd retired because his body couldn't take the strain of training anymore. the older you get the longer it takes for the body to heal after training and floyd realized with two messed up hands it was only a matter of time before his injuries would cost him a defeat.

Mayweather has a tendency to wait too much for opponents... Look at him against Hatton, or even Delahoya. Mosley is the kind of guy you can't wait on, his offense is that accurate, fast, and powerful. I think the punch that particulary would be the most dangerous would be Mosley's right hand. A lot of guys throw right hands that don't reach Mayweather when he leans back, Mosley knows how to get his shots in there. Plus he's a very good body puncher. IMO, he's got the best shot to beat Mayweather now.

Mosley doesn't have the legs to keep up with Mayweather anymore.

Mayweather would be running and pot shotting all night.
