    Heavyweight Conditioning.

Seriously, watching Povetkin and Estrada fight, I'm frickin amazed. Its like When JCG came in against Vitali looking like he'd been binging on the big mac's. What's going on, don't these guys know being in shape is a good thing in boxing?

What a persons body looks like has zero to do with their conditioning. Shannon Briggs looks like a body builder and the guy can barely make it thru 4 rounds with out gasing out.

**** look at the chubby guy in my sig! He's the most dangerous person in the world with his fists and he has excellent conditioning.

Yeah, but the fighters I mentioned also all seem to gass around the 5th, so obviously they also have bad conditioning.

Maybe that has more to do with their skill level than anything. George forman and larry holmes were both jiggly lard butts but they both had excellent conditioning.

Yeah, there have been some big guys who can fight seemingly for hours, but the ones lately just dont seem to be able too. I don't know why that is

Povetkin is in good shape. Estrada however ruined his chances of winning by coming in at 241 lbs.

That's his normal fight weight. He's been a lot heavier and rarely lighter.

Povetkin fought well in the later rounds, Estrada did not.

Povetkin should lose about 5 pounds, and Estrada needs to lose much more, about 16-20.
