Haye Has Been Forced to Put His Money Where his Big Mouth Is.

A lot of the ******er posters on here...and Im too much of a gentleman to mention names are stupefied that Haye has to fight both brothers.

I'll try to simplify it for the more primitive minds.

If you recall it was Haye that went out of his way to talk **** about BOTH brothers proclaiming he would KNOCK THEM BOTH OUT...Whether he really believes that or he was just using it for publicity...he made it happen.

He now has the chance to back up his big mouth. Dont think this didn't rub the brothers the wrong way which is why they are calling his bluff.

Haye just wrote two checks that he will now be forced to try and cash.

And as for all this idiocy about "how is that even legal"...its called a binding contract...thats how its legal.
Just because you're too limited in your grasp of the real world doesn't mean others are too.
And not only does Haye have the chance to back up his talk, but he also has a chance to fight for two world titles in a row and unify the division.
But you morons dont talk about that. Only in how evil the bros. are, lol.

    .

The only thing about this I don't like is the semi-smugness from Wlad. You know, that 'if you put your hands on me, I'm tellin my brother!' type ****. It comes off as ***** imo. But beyond that, I can agree wit what you say here TS. Haye talked ****, and now he's gotta man up to it. And if he beats Wlad, he's guaranteed a unification match against the other most dominant HW immediately. Haye vs the K bros are really the only HW fights I'm remotely interested in anyway, so as a fan I ain't complainin about this ****. Wlad just seems like a man lackin the confidence of a dominant division champ.

Everything taken into account it is still a dodgy contract and kinda tells you what the Klitschko's are like because of what they have planned, I would understand having to give Wladomir a rematch... but also fight his big brother? It is something a 7 year old in a school playground would do...

the fight with wlad and vitaly should be negotiated separately.

haye should be able to have a few gimme fights in between to cash in a little on winning the championship and fight in front of his hometown.

also the K sisters ****d Haye on the purse like Vitaly loves to butt-stab Wlad. Even oscar gives the least of his opponents a payday, Haye is getting ****d like Indiana got ****d by Lucas and Spielburg.

this is why the K sisters are bad for the HW division... some predicted that the K sisters would hold the championship hostage in Germany

Assuming Haye behaved like a gentleman yes...the contract would seem excessive. But he didnt. He called them both out and claimed he would "knock out the Klitschko sisters"...And then there was the head cutting gimmick he used.

I think this is purely personal now and the Klitschko's are calling his bluff and putting the pressure back on him to back up his big talk.
Haye should be happy. If he beats them both he'll be the MAN at HW so its something he should embrace.
And if he really believes he can knock em' out like he says he can, he should have no problem signing the contract. Which he did.
So lets sit back and watch what happens.

That is assuming Haye has any leverage at the negotiating table. He doesnt. The brothers are the champions and are using their clout and leverage to dictate to him.
He has no choice. Maybe he should watch his mouth next time and negotiations might be more favorable towards him.
              He brought it on himself.

"Be careful what you wish for......."

I like Haye, he's got a lot of cojones. Foolish, yet ballsy.

I wish more fighters would adopt a similar attitude. Guys trying to make the best fights happen at all costs, this is what boxing needs more of.

True. I think the point being missed is that is was the whole footie stadium thing with 50,000+ that really appealled to both Klitschkos. That just doesn't happen in Germany. Haye couldn't deliver that in the end, for whatever reason - certainly the economy going ****-up in the mean time was hardly his fault. Without that, he had nowhere near as much to offer. Regardless, though.. Haye has his chance in the ring, and just has to try and take it. If he comes out on top then it will be his turn to have one or other of the brother's K begging for a chance to win their belts back. No doubt Haye would get his revenge in the terms for that fight, should it ever happen.
