would have looked like this, in a fantasy matchup.
Julio Cesar Chavez vs. Ricky Hatton

And that wasn't Chavez at his absolute best; vs this dude, Chavez was no longer at his peak. The Chavez that fought Taylor, Mayweather (2nd fight) and JL Ramirez would have hit Ricky so hard with that left hook, that Ricky would have rammed his head into ALL FOUR ring posts. -
Oh man, that Chavez (135lbs) was a wrecking machine. Chapo was a damn beast with scary punching power and Chavez walked through and slipped his shots all night while giving Chapo a beatdown of a lifetime. That Chavez would knock Ricky out of the ring like in the old Nintendo game, "Ring King".

I agree with you. Hatton also holds more than this guy. it would take him more time, but overall same result and amount of damage dealt.
Hatton and this guy were comparable even if they werent the same level because they were both comefoward close quarters fighters, and both leave their right hand down a lot. Chavez ate that up with his left hook and uppercut.
Hatton would have been a real mess by the end of night, with the way he cuts and bruises.Comment

Indeed. Chavez-Hatton could very well pan out like Chavez-Rosario. A phonebooth fight. That fight was arguably Chavez peak performance and I doubt Hatton would fare better than Rosario did.Oh man, that Chavez (135lbs) was a wrecking machine.
