Does Pac have power if he doesn't have momentum?

I've always thought Pac's power came from his movement, the way he lunges in with his punches, so does anyone agree that Hatton's key's to victory are to get Pac on the back foot?

    and is it even possible?

Pacquiao doesn't lunge, Hatton lunges, Pacquiao charges forward sometimes but he doesn't really lunge.

Anyways, everybody's power is better going forward than it is going backwards, Pacquiao is no different but I think he's capable of hurting opponents going backwards as well.

Why people are focusing on Pacs Power? What will win this for Pac is his speed.

You wil see that everytime Hatton tries to rush in, like he does, Pacquiao will meet him with a 4 punch combo, that Hatton wont be able to defend against.

Pac is not a 1 Punch KO artist, but I guarantee you, that after 5 or 6 rounds of eating combos Hatton will get broken down and TKO!!!!!!!

Effectively at 140 as he would at his lower weight divisions?

          I'm not convinced....

This fight can't come fast enough. Going to be a WARRR!

oh yeah im afraid to think so...

remember the hook that floored jmm in the 3rd round of their 2nd fight? his feet were firmly planted on the canvas when he threw that left hook...

the diaz fight... the coup de grace @ round 9... same thing...

lots of power behind those fists... now imagine if it was thrown with momentum...

This won't be Pac vs Diaz.

I see Pac getting hurt in the early rounds. Hatton getting cut.

I don't know. No one knows, he can punch going backwards at 130, he hasn't really gotten pushed back above 130.
