It wasn't really about being inconsistent. But for ANY kind of unsportsman-like condut, you get a point taken away. When it's done purposely, then you take two.

I'm sure, due to the circumstances, he just had to re-access the situation. The guy deserved two points taken off.

I think it was unintentional considering that happened too fast... And why would the other boxer kiss his opponent in the course of the fight?... unless of course he is a gay.. LOL
