He wasn't off balance. It was a solid knockdown. Why didn't the ref give him the count after doing his little act deducting the point and earning his sheckels? As it turned out it didn't matter, but the salient point here is that if Barrett can do this to him, Wlad wll knock him and his mouth into the 12th row.

You are not allowed to hit your opponent when he is on the floor most refs would have taken a point, it doesn't matter anyway as Haye KO him in that round, And yes Wlad could KO Haye everyone knows this.
