Well he IS faster, and how would you know it overrated? One person has gone the distance with him and that was a long time ago. He's stopped all but two people his entire career and Thompson was very hurt early on before Haye gassed.

I'm actually trying to be reasonable with you, their power may not be on the same level but there is no proof otherwise and anyway IF Haye does land flush Wladimir will get KO'd. Thats the simple truth, it may not be that Haye is a magnificent hitter at HW but he's good enough to put Wlad away if he lands.

And thats the question "if he lands"

I expect a proper reasonable response now, not the same copy and paste "hypejob, weak chinner, lesser because he's black and eastern europeans are the best" response. Perhaps one without insults?

Wlad is faster than Haye IMO. His jab and straight right hand are faster than Haye's wild looping haymakers. And Wlad's short powerful left hook is faster than Haye's amatuerish looping left hooks.

Straight punches reach the target faster than Looping punches and Wlad has the straighter, more precise accurate punches in his arsenal.

I agree Wlad is more accurate but Haye overhand right is faster than Wlads straight right. Haye is by no means slow, you must admit that and IMO Speed is the one advantage I think Haye clearly has over Wladimir.

But I have to respect your opinion since your being reasonable now, you see when you stop hating on others your fighter becomes more likeable and in turn you as a poster do

Because to be honest the reason i've been bashing Wlad is because I'm tired of seeing threads proclaiming his greatness and that no HW can live with him. I like both Wlad and Vitali as people, Wlad has put me off as a fighter recently because of SOME lacklustre performances and while I wasn't exactly thrilled by Vitalis fight with Gomez his fights with Lewis, Byrd, Williams and Peter more than make up for it.

You understand were i'm coming from? Your fighting will become much more likeable if you enable him to be?

Apparently Haye said it was a legit KD afterwards. Regardless, the numbers still say he's been down far less than Wlad.

i might add that if wladimir does win it wont be by early KO, his strategy will involve his usual jabbing, keeping distance, clinching etc before opening up late....he may not even open up at all, he will be **** scared of hayes power, believe that

haye needs to use his speed, move, move, move side to side, moving his head then bam! throw a combo and move back out. he needs to use angles, his fast feet and head movement to get in and his handspeed and power to punish wlad when he does get in

haye has the power to Knock Wlad out with a few good shots (and vice versa, so he needs to be careful) so if he executes his gameplan correctly he may finish it early

Wlad has improved a lot since his losses, he has become one of the best defensive fighters in the world. Hasn't been knocked down in almost 4 years.

Wlad has only been down or hurt by big, strong hard hitting heavyweights. he has never been counted out, always has the heart to get up, beat the count and keep fighting.

Only 1 legit knockdown in the Peter fight. Wlad fought the best version of Samuel Peter, he was in shape, 243 lbs, hungry, determinded. Wlad took a lot of punches in that fight and still schooled Peter. After the fight George Foreman said "Wlad proved that he can take a shot tonight".

He got caught by one of the biggest punchers in the heavyweight division at the time in Corrie Sanders. He showed heart to keep getting up. Wlad had just finished filming Oceans 11 with Lennox Lewis and was ready to fight him, he overlooked and underestimated the dangerous Sanders.

The Brewster, Purrity (11 ****in years ago) fights are ancient history...Those losses were because of stamina issues. There is a good chance that Wlad was poisoned in the Brewster fight.


Haye on the other hand has shown a glass chin at CRUISERWEIGHT. He was KO'd in 5 rounds by shot 41 year old former light heavyweight Carl Thompson....He was dropped twice, badly hurt and almost KO'd by super middleweight bum Lolenga Mock. Mormeck also dropped Haye.

If the light hitting washed up gatekeeper Monte Barrett can knockdown, outmuscle and hurt Haye....just imagine what Dr. Steelhammer will do to him.
