First of all, it was 2005, basically 3 to 4 years. Virtually within months of Pacquiao fighting Morales for the first time.

Second of all, they are both 30 years old. If you're talking about ring years, Manny has more rounds and more wars under his belt.

Point being, don't make up reasons for you to believe Manny will win.

He'll win because of his rhythm, his speed/timing and his in and out offense. Also because of his head movement, footwork and lateral movement.

I know Ricky Hatton is one of the nicest, most altruistic men to win world titles in this great sport, but sometimes us Brits do over-hype him.

If he manages to beat Pacquiao, then we can imply that he is the greatest fighter on the planet, but not before.

first off ricky has the better footwork....i think the power shots of ricky will be the difference...this is no d. diaz or washed up oscar...pacs win was a flat out joke...he needs to stay at lightweight were he belongs....i think hatton has potential to really hurt pac....malginaggi has a better chin than little pac....keep in mind d. diaz and oscar never touched him...and if he throws the power left....hatton will slide and throw a power left to the body of his own....pac better be careful or he could get seriously hurt, just like cotto margarito....minus the plaster
