They are both wrong but Mosley's issue is so yester-year and Mosley did past a lie detector test which backs his "I did not know" case. Margarito on the other hand, has not taken any lie detector test to excuse his "I did not know" case. Truth be told, Margarito would fail the test. Furthermore, Margacheater LIED UNDER OATH when he said he did not know because shortly after the Mosley fight, Margarita did an interview with ESPN and he said " I had asked Capetillo about the wraps in the past. Capetillo would always tell me not to worry about the wraps and that it was his job and that my only job was to train and fight." So, Tony did know something and that is just the Tony version of the story. Anyone who believes Tony did not know anything is ****** or a Tony nuthugger.

Well, that is not clear as Tony only said that he had asked Capetillo in the past, we don't know how far in the past this goes and the person who was doing the interview should have caught this statement and probed Margarito for a more clear answer but anyway, Tony would not pass a lie detector test regardless because he was already caught lying. He lied under oath and he should be brought back to court for perjury.

There is a very big double standard regarding the issue. Both men plead their unawareness to the issue.

Mosley unaware that it was steroids being injected in him and Margarito unaware that in his wraps there was plaster.

As to people saying that the fighter should know that's were this all blows out of proportion as Margarito is the more condemned man for not knowing than Mosley.

Nonetheless, there is still the factor of cheating involved for both parties so that should not go unnoticed. Although there is still no clarity on their actual involvements in it. Basically, both steroids and plaster can potentially hurt an opponent and both are categorized as cheating. Both are acts to be condemned once proven.
